I am getting heavy cough, I feel like itching my throat
can you help

and also I have cold which is causing congestion

You are having allergic rhinitis with PND .

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thank for asking to HCM.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having allergic rhinitis with post nasal discharge (PND) causing cough .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily &
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination like Montek Lc or Romilast L10 in night till allergy subsides &
Antibiotic azithromycin 500 mg for 5 days. This is optional and you need to consult a physician before you take antibiotics.

You can discuss this with your treating doctor.
