Brief Answer:
Surgery is the better option for him.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.

I have gone through reports attached. It shows large disc protrusion at C5-C6 level and significant cord compression causing his symptoms. As the cord compression is severe, surgical decompression of cord is the better option for him.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.

Take care

But I heard like, for muscle cells life time is zero, This Incident happened one year back, So isn't useful, If he go for surgery now?

And how will be the success ratio in this surgery?

After surgery is there any chance of getting side effects?

how much will be the total expenditure for the surgery ?

Who is the best doctor for surgery ?

Isn't curable through medicines ?

If he takes surgery the compression would be gone?

Surgery will be useful at this stage.

Hi,

It is not so. It will be useful at this stage.
Surgery is successful in most of the cases.
As such , there is no side effects but complication like infection can occur like any other surgery.
Total expenditure for the surgery is about 1-1.5 lac.
Spine surgeon is the best doctor for surgery.
At this stage it is not curable through medicines .
Yes , by surgical decompression compression would be gone.
