Question: Why am I having nervous stomach every night?I was diagnosed with IBS-C many years ago. Had all kinds of tests done. I just want to know why for the past few nights around midnight, My stomach feels nervous and I have a bowel movement that I have to manually disimpact. I have to disimpact every day too.

Stool softeners like cremaffin syrup 5 to 10 ml taken at bedtime will be beneficial. Probiotics like sporolac or ecobion will be beneficial.
