Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Question: I am taking hydrocortisone for pain. I took 2 fleet enemas and very little bm came out
I took 2 fleet enemas and no bowell movement came. I am taking hydroacetaminop?

It looks like you are suffering from constipation which has not go relieved even with enema. Enema usually fails if the stool is extremely hard. I recommend that you get a soap water enema instead, this will relieve the hardened stools and you will get a better bowel movement. If soap water enema also fails then the only solution would be to approach a surgeon for a digital evacuation of the stool.
One of the side effect of hydroacetaminophen is constipation. I recommend you to use plain acetaminophen if you can tolerate the pain with that
I also recommend that you take a Laxative like syp lactulose 15 ml at night to prevent future episodes of constipation
