1. Did your kid pass motion or meconium on day one of life
2. Since how long he is constipated

Thank you for your reply and I have some more questions which will make me very clear on this problem.

He is having this problem for last one year. Atleast monthly once he is getting this constipation problem and passing stools after 3 or 4 days after we give the medicine. I am giving Laxopeg now.

He is not bleeding but he is passing hard stools and he is getting pain in anus while passing the stools. He is eating more biscuits and I started giving more fruits now. During this time he is not eating anything, probably he is not feeling hungry. Please suggest me some natural ways to get rid of this problem other than medicines.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Natural methods for constipation

Detailed Answer:
Greetings from XXXXXXX Thank you for your trust in me.

I suggest you these methods to follow as you have asked for natural methods -

1. Early to bed and early to rise at approximately same time every day.
2. Minimum 1-1.5 litres of water per day.
3. Restrict milk consumption to 300-400 ml per day.
4. Give at least 3-4 cups of fruits and vegetables per day - mashed form will do.
5. Compulsorily give papaya at night before putting him to bed.
6. If possible after waking him up every morning, try to make him sit in a potty, later he will get used to it and also the timing.
