Brief Answer:
Further examinations advised to determine right cause...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and from what you are saying, you've been experiencing vomiting in the morning mostly and gas pain recently.

Therefore, further examinations are highly recommended to determine the right diagnosis:
- abdominal ultrasound: cholecyst/pancreas issues
- blood tests: liver/pancreas/kidney function tests
- upper endoscopy to rule out upper GI issues

For the moment, I advise to:
- eat often and small portions, chewing up slowly
- avoid chilly/spicy/oily foods
- take antacids and simethicone for pain
- take probiotics to normalize intestinal flora

Hope it helped!
