Brief Answer:
Hepatitis B is not likely to be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are likely to be due to two factors.
1. gastric irritation caused by Pefloxacin and
2. Irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS) of the constipation type.
Gastric irritation may be reduced to some extent by taking a proton pump inhibitor 30 minutes before the Pefloxacin which is better taken after a bland meal.
Eat a wholesome meal which is rich in fiber, exercise at least 30minutes a day and manage your stress well with relaxation techniques and yoga. Avoid spicy and acidic foods, coffee, alcohol and gas forming foods like brocholi and pulses.
If the constipation is severe, you can use an osmotic laxative like movicol 2 sachets in 1 glass of water at bed time for about a week r so and it would help in most cases.
Take care,

Brief Answer:
Unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Joint pain can be caused by Hepatitis B if you have an active viral infection. Was your liver function test normal?
Body twitching can be due to a number of causes like electrolyte abnormalities, neurological diseases, anxiety etc. The commonest cause is myokimia which is benign and does not need treatment.
