Brief Answer:
Toilet training advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I have gone through your concerns carefully.

1. Unfortunately, all you are experiencing is due to timing changes. I advise to try some toilet training techniques:

- visit bathroom before you start your journey
- try to take 2 or 3 stopping while driving

This will help ease your bowel movements.

2. You are reporting to be using enemas and magnesium citrate. I advise to add lactulose and milk of magnesia.

3. What you eat matters. Try to consume healthy foods; avoid fast/ready-made foods. Have your meals regularly, this will keep you awake and full of energy.

4. It will be difficult the first few days, but, you will get used of new timing and things will get easier.

Hope it helped!

with all due respect Dr. Klerida, that doesnt help. Its been 2 months , no signs of it changing. It's usually the non threathing problems that give most people problems solving. as far as diet. breakfast yogurt, XXXXXXX cereal, fiber bars, if i can fit in stomach turkey wheat bread, pears blue berries, dinner 25% of plate chicken, 75% of plate some type green vegetables mostly pees every night, high fiber. Alot of water. Never ever fast foods, no pasta or carbs at night. So again with respect, if you feel u cannot help correct this problem, Please refund my money and i will keep trying to find solution. I cannot live like this, i past miserable a month ago. Please don t take personnel, not every doctor has the answer to everything.

Brief Answer:
Abdominal ultrasound/colonoscopy advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for your sincere feedback. Please take note that the job of a doctor is very difficult. There are many things and options to be taken into account to find out the final diagnosis.

The job of an online doctor becomes more difficult as we lack many of your medical data and test reports. Our judgement is based on what you are reporting only (and that's not enough).

We are committed to assist you online in giving second opinion regarding a final solution to your problems.

Anyway, we are also open and our service provides an option to close this discussion and ask for refund if not satisfied.

One last thing, if I was your caring doctor, I'd ask to run:
- colonoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound

to determine the cause to all your problems. Depending on the findings, specific prescription medicines would be prescribed.

All the best!
Dr.Klerida
