Brief Answer:
Supportive care , needs work up and management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Constant daily diarrhea for weeks need to be evaluated for the cause . Stool examination, work up for bowel habits, and if need be colonoscopy along with other baseline work up should be done and last but not the least a detailed history and physical examination needs to be taken. It could be some stomach flu, a viral infection, a food poisoning, some bacterial infection like enteric fever, a functional bowel disorder like irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disorders.

BRAT diet( banana, rice, applesauce, toast) , yogurt, green tea and pomegranate juice will help. Consult your doctor and let them run some labs to sort it out.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
