Suggest Treatment For Confusion, Weak Memory And Difficulty Concentrating
Question: i have memory problems,
i am a college student.
what my friends learn,suppose 1 chapter they complete in 2 hours i take more than 6-7 hours to complete and sometimes the learning doesnt even finishes in this time.
i have too much confusion everytime for instance i locked my room door,after sometime i may come again and check whether the door is locked or not,
nervousness:-i did a lot of practice but there is still a stage fear,fear of public speaking and hesitation,all these leads to my grade cuts.
weak memory:-i cant remember the theories and concepts after 3-4 days while other still remember it for long time.
and low concentration:-i am too much distracted in the classes,it feels embarassing when teacher scolds.when i study a certain sort of unwanted music keeps on playing in my mind so am unable to concentrate.
all this has lead to too many embarrassing moments in my college life and everyone makes fun of me.
i practiced to concentrate,remember things,sometimes tried to do yoga but unable to get improvement.
i often do foolish acts and friends get irritated though i know that the act is fine from my point of view.
i have very little sense of humor.
i researched a lot on internet and found piracetam to be useful.but i take it in very low doses 1.6gm/day due to its cost.i dont find any alternate to it.
but recently i found DHA to be very efficient in memory development.but still i dont get any 600-1000mg capsules here in XXXXXXX or maybe there exists i dont know the brand name.
would you please suggest me some medicines,DHA which are available in XXXXXXX
and ofcourse i am taking a lot of multivitamin and minerals capsules.

Its a very common but under recognized condition and usually piracitam and DHA may not help in these conditions. In this illness there is reduced attention and concentration due to increased distractability leading to poor scholastic performance and disorganized work. This usually starts in school and continues in adult life with poor concentration as the main component. Methylphenidate and Bupropion are the drugs that can help in these conditions. You may try taking some of these and look for the improvement. If improvement has to occur it will occur early after starting methylphendate.

glad to get your response.please suggest the optimum dosage of both medicines that is in day or night and how much mg should be taken,and also the duration through which the treatment should be done.please also suggest 3 alternative names of trustable manufacturer brands so that i purchase it quickly.also tell when to take medicine with or without food.
1 thing i need to tell you that I had done MRI OF BRAIN AND SCREENING PER REGION OF CERVICO DORSAL SPINE.in that everything was found normal and i did it recently.does it has any relation with ADHD?or can ADHD be diagnosed through these scans.

It will require a special signed prescription in duplicate with a seal and hence this wont be possible over health care magic portal.
