Brief Answer:
ACL rupture not likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A full thickness ACL rupture is usually painful and is not associated with a stable knee joint. One is not likely to have a fitness level like you are having with a ruptured ACL.
The MRI scan may have been misinterpreted. It is best to get a repeat MRI scan done for confirmation.
Even if there is a rupture, an arthroscopic surgical repair will help in restoring your ligament to normal.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Report suggests a tear of ACL.

Detailed Answer:
According to the attached report, there is a full thickness tear of ACL on left side with both meniscus tears. There is joint effusion of left knee also. Doing extensive exercise can cause a further damage to the knee joint and a chronic pain. Taking a second opinion will help.

Brief Answer:
A second opinion is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Having no pain even on doing squats is strange. The MRI report clearly indicates a tear. It is best to get a repeat MRI scan done for a second opinion.
Regards.
