Question: Hi doctor I have cold, running nose' less cough but throat irritation is very heavy. Sleep also get disturb me due to throat pain. Body paining also. Pls advise.

Thanks for query.

Your clinical history most probably suggestive of allergic rhinitis with post nasal discharge . It results into throat irritation & pain .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advise,

Steam inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily,
Antihistamine at night ,
Antiseptic mouth wash twice daily &
Paracetamol for body-pain.

You will get relief.
