Brief Answer:
SUpportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Cold at 26 weeks of gestation, should be preferably managed with home remedies like warm comforting beverages, nasal saline irrigation, salt water gargles, green and herbal tea mixed with honey etc. Use fluids to stay hydrated and take some antihistamines least sedating like desloratadine if symptoms not subsiding. Avoid decongestants or NSAIDs .

Rest cold can not harm your baby nor you. It will vanish in a couple of days so hang in there. I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
