Brief Answer:
PND, cough, congestion, sleepless more than a month.Seek medical attention.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. You seem to have developed a Post Nasal Drip (PND)which worsens the cough and prevents you from sleeping.

2. It's been a month so it is recommended that you seek medical attention.

3. There is also a possibility that the ibuprofen is causing side effects.

4. There are many medications that can ease your symptoms such as anti-allergics, mucolytics, anti-tussives (for the cough), steroids, antibiotics, steam inhalation and medicated gargles. Most of these will require a prescription.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
