Brief Answer:
Nebulization can be given

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXX

Nebulization is safe and very helpful for respiratory tract infection. Normal Saline Nebulization is one which is recommended, it is free from side effects. I do not recommend any bronchidilator Nebulization.

Apart from Nebulization I would suggest you the following

1 Decoction : 1 cup of milk + 1 spoon of turmeric + 20 Tulsi leaves +2 spoon sugar. Bring it to boil. Filter it and feed baby warm thrice a day.

2. Normal Saline Nasal drops : 3 to 4 drops in each nose 6 times a day

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
