Answered by Dr. Paparaja S (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
This could be upper respiratory infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question. With the above symptoms this could be a upper respiratory infection.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics after consulting a doctor
2) Analgesics like paracetamol if you have any pain.
3) Antihistamine like levocetrizine with phenylephrine for cold. It will also relieve nasal block associated with cold.
3) Salt water gargling for sore throat. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of XXXXXXX warm water.
4) For cough you can use an expectorant cough syrup.
5) Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help you.

Wish you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr Paparaja S MBBS MS
