Brief Answer:
These generic medications/ equivalents should be available OTC.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. These symptoms are very common now with recent viral infections and weather changes. As long as there is no fever, known viral or bacterial you can take the following symptomatic treatment.

2. An anti-allergy medication, such as cetirizine 10 mg, or fexofenadine 120 mg once a day for 5 days along with a mucolytic medication such as ambroxol if there are a lot of nasal mucus secretions. A cough syrup such as one with levodropropizine one teaspoon twice a day for 5 days will help. Medicated gargles (0.15% benzydamine) and steam inhalation along with household remedies such as honey and ginger to soothe the throat will help. Steam inhalation is particularly important as there seems to be mild sinusitis.

3. Adequate rest, a bland diet, and hydration are recommended for an early recovery.

4. If your symptoms persist or any new symptom develops, kindly get examined by a local doctor or follow up here.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards.
