Question: To overcome the Cold and Breathing Issue
1. Kindly Advise me what kind of food i am allow to eat?
2. What kind of excises i suppose to do
3. I required a input to rectify Mu issue without having the English drugs.

Hi,

I am pleased that you wish to solve some of your health issues naturally. These natural measures don't solve the concerns immediately, however over a period of time, the effects are seen. Accordingly the measures I recommend are:
1. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables. The more colourful your diet is, the more antioxidants, vitamins and minerals it contains. These antioxidants and essential vitamins and minerals support the body defenses against common flu and viral infections.
2. Drink plenty of fluids. I suggest my patients to drink minimum of 8 glasses of water every day.
3. As far as exercise is concerned, add aerobic exercise such as brisk walking, jogging, cycling and swimming. For better results include these exercises 15-20minutes every day for 5 days a week.
4. Consider yoga and meditation as alternatives to exercises.
5. Watch out for allergens. If you are allergic to any particles, take adequate precautions to prevent it.
6. Lastly if symptoms are severe, you can explore alternate medicines through ayurveda. Since I am not an expert in alternative medicine field, I am unable to name those products. However I have heard about the benefits of chavanprash from my patients. You can discuss about those with ayurveda doctors.
