Brief Answer:
You are having chronic sore throat due to combination of conditions .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
chronic sore throat due to combination of conditions . Your chronic sore throat is because of nose allergy with post nasal drip + GERD + dryness of throat due to antidepressants .

Allergy can only be control with steroid nasal spray or anti allergy tablet but difficult to cure completely . You will need to continue anti allergy medication .
GERD need lifestyle modification . Avoid excess tea , coffee , spicy & fast food . Healthy food & good sleep . Need antacids & PPI till GERD under control .
For dryness of throat which promote infection , consult your psychiatrist for dose adjustment .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Plenty of fluids ,
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Steroid nasal spray for allergy ,
antacid , PPI & lifestyle modification for GERD .
Continue Vitamin C & consult your psychiatrist for dose adjustment .

Gargle with water 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat .

You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
