Question: I have had a severe sinus infection and bronchitis for 3 months I know have swollen painful glands in my neck and behind my head and left side of head.. please tell me what else to do.

I have read your clinical history & understand your concerns.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having chronic sinusitis with bronchitis with associated inflammatory lymph nodes swelling.

If I am your treating doctor , I would advice you
saline nasal rinse thrice daily ,
steam inhalation twice daily ,
antihistamine tab like Allegra at night &
tab paracetamol twice daily .

Investigation needed like ultrasonography neck to know more about lymph nodes swelling.
