Brief Answer:
CRF

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Your mother is suffering from chronic renal failure.

We need to access any reversible factors. she should undergo - Ultrasound for kidney size and echotexture, urine routine examination. complete KFT , CBC and ESR.

Dose of rosuvas to be reduced under guidance of your doctor.

If you have any old reports of serum creatinine. they will be helpful.

Over all , you should definitely meet a nephrologist to gain maximum benefit for the kidney disease.

In case any further query please ask.

Best wishes
