Thanks for contacting again
it is really good to know that you feel improvemen.t sir you have a deviated nasal bone.this cannot be corrected without surgery. we can just control the symptoms to an extent with medicines.
a CT scan of the paranasal sinuses can confirm the diagnosis. you can go for this and if septum is really too much deviated I would recommend you to contact an ENT surgeon and get it corrected.
till then you can continue with the nasal spray once daily and an anti allergic tablet once every day.
