Brief Answer:
Supportive care , needs work up and management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern . Headache for 2 months with lower back pain and pain after eating are three different things. Headache is likely tension headache or chronic migraine. Needs complete neurological evaluation for that. Back pain if persistent should get an MRI spine to sort out any pinched nerve down there. And pain after eating should be evaluated for gastritis. Take some pepto for that. Use low doses 10 mg propranolol for headache and continue with tylenol as well. Talk to your doctor and let them correlate clinically and sortout further.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
