Brief Answer:
Allergo tests. Medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Before starting any medication, get allergy testd done. Skin Price Tests and blood tests such as AllergoSPT, Allergodip, FoodPrint and Food Detective.

2. Granular Pharyngitis is chronic inflammation of the normal lymphoid tissue in the throat.

3. Allergy, Reflux and Post Nasal Drip are the most common causes.

4. Rule out any drug induced or eosinophila induced cough.

5. Effective medication consists of anti allergic, mucolytic medication, steroid nasal sprays, regular steam inhalation, hypertonic saline nasal washes, anti reflux medication, medicated gargles and a short course of oral steroids (if not contraindicated). A cough suppressant may be added for comfort.

6. Videolaryngoscopy images will help record the baseline severity of the Granular Pharyngitis. This can be compared to the post treatment images and correlated to the symptoms.

7. Moderate DNS is very common. This condition is not related to HIV, though other STDs should be ruled out. Throat swabs and repeat blood tests are advised.

8. Upload these reports and images for further treatment options.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
