Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.

I have seen carefully your previous lab data and I have noticed that you have a low viral load (HBV-DNA) and normal LFT after the treatment.
But I think that you should know semen, vaginal fluids and blood all contain the hepatitis B virus (HBV), and the higher the viral load, the more infectious one’s blood and body fluids are.
However, having an undetectable viral load doesn’t mean you won’t infected someone during unsafe sex or blood contact.
Even if a man has an undetectable viral load, it is known that his blood and semen still contains some HBV and can spread infection, though the risk is lower.

So the rule here is if a man tests positive for the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), he must consider himself infectious and you should be careful to not have direct blood-to-blood contact with others.

I hope my answer helps you.
Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.

Hello! Thank you writing back in healthcare magic.

Related your concern you should know that the virus can spread in your case only if you have blood in you towels and hands from open wounds and not just from washing your tooth brush or using towels and scratch your skin without any blood contact.
Disinfection is also important in the home, especially if a family member has hepatitis B.
Never share personal care items like nail clippers, nail files, pierced
earrings, diabetic glucose meters especially those that
use the same lancet or needle,or toothbrushes or towels with blood.
That it’s not about the saliva on the toothbrush that is a big concern, but rather the potential for trace amounts of blood that could be exchanged with a toothbrush from inflamed or bleeding gums.
In order to finally protect your member family I suggest that they must do a full vaccination for hep b.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
