Brief Answer:
Bronchitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome Back.
She seems to be suffering Chronic Bronchitis, that might be related to smoking.
I would advise in such scenario:
1. Hemogram with ESR
2. ECG
3. Chest Xray
If the Chest Xray and these blood investigations show no sign of infection then, she would be treated for Bronchitis.
In such scenario, your doctor would prescribe her inhalers containing bronchi dilators like Salbutamol.
She might also require short dose of Steriod inhaler like Budenoside.
For control of these symptoms she would require a long term use of anti allergic medication like Levocetrizine and Montelukast.
She should do regular steam inhalation for her sinus problems.
Share my opinion with your doctor before acting upon it.
I hope it helps.
Stay Healthy.
