Brief Answer:
Possible Cholinergic urticaria?

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

I have worked through your query in detail.

As per your symptoms, you possibly seem to have Cholinergic Urticaria.

This is a form skin rash that can particularly occur after exposure to environmental agents like climatic variations.

It's very important to avoid such precipitating environment as far as possible.

I generally prescribe oral pills of antihistamine agent like DESLOR to my patients for a short course of 2 to 3 months.

This will help you to attain great degree of clinical response.

Please check with your physician if he shares my point of view and if can prescribe these medications to you.

Further management if any is based on test reports.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
