Brief Answer:
PPI and Antacid - get Endoscopy- ref for Gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history.
Noted that you have been diagnosed with cholelithiasis with cholecystitis.
Most of the patients with this condition have co-existing gastritis and ulcers.

You are getting pain in the left upper abdomen after 2 -6 hours after eating. To get the proper diagnosis you need the following:
Upper GI Endoscopy, this will help to see the esophagus, stomach and duodenum.

If this is normal then further tests of barium studies, ultrasonography/CT scan can help to get a correct diagnosis and plan for a proper treatment.

Most important point is why have you not yet getting operated for gall bladder
as it is having and stone and had inflammation.

Start getting a PPI, antacid. May help to alleviate your pain.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
