Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy may bring some improvement.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

If it was a stroke and as I assume, years must have passed, there are lesser chances of complete improvement. However, with physiotherapy, some improvement might occur.I know that may be disappointing to hear but that's how the disease behaves.

Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Its really good that you are able to use your hand for such fine motor task as writing.I really hope that physiotherapy brings further improvement to the strength of your hand but we can never be sure about the fact that it will be like the normal hand.Let's hope for the best.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
