Brief Answer:
Recommend a cardiac health check

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Taking your age and symptoms into consideration I would only recommend a check up on your cardiac health. I would not get you all tensed up, but I would although urge you to go ahead with the cardiac check.

A cardiac profile in any medical centre usually includes the following which I would also advise for you:

+Treadmill test
+EKG
+2D echocardiography
+Blood pressure check
+Lipid profile
+Heart rate
+General blood profile
and anything else your local doctor adds to this list.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
