Brief Answer:
its normal after such dreams-- be busy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Stressful dreams are notorious in disturbing sleep and even manytimes the next few days too...

the feeling of tightness in chest, preoccupation with dream, difficulty in concentrating in work, some discomfort in neck or even heaviness or lightheadedness can accompany.

The best way to sort this is to start doing something interesting....i.e. distract yourself...keep mind busy.

By thinking about the matter (if it is not at all in your hands) wont help you. So, may be go for a light walk/ socialize/ cook something (if you like doing that! )...slowly, the feeling of chest tightness is expected to go away.

This distraction will not only make you feel better soon but also not let the same kind of dreams disturb you in the following night.

You may also discuss it with someone you feel can help you out- this will also give you relaxation.

Its a normal phenomenon, so dont worry at all. At your age when there is no premorbid condition- there is no need to be worried...you are fine!

Hope the reply helps you.
