Brief Answer:
Avoid keeping neck in same position for long time

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having cervical spondylitis. In this condition there is nerve compression in the spine and that causes pain and tingling and numbness in shoulder and hand. Recovery time may take up to two to three months.
I would like to suggest you following.
1.Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine daily.
2.Soft cervical collar specially during day time.
3.Intermittent cervical traction exercises.
4. Avoid using very high pillow, any jerky activity or travelling for long time. Do not keep your neck in same position for long time.
I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
