Question: Hi my name is XXXX on wed. of this week I got the news that there is nothing else that can be done for me. Two years ago I was injured an fractured my C3,4,5 an dinged my spinal cord at the C5 level. I know I need to increase muscle tone. I am lucky to still have use of my body arms legs ex, but with limits on the right side of my body. My question is where do I start?? I feel as if I've been on a rug that has just been pulled out from under me...
