Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your current complaints seem more likely to be related to GERD.

It is uncommon for a heart attack to be present at your age and with your actual medical tests (ECG and blood work).

So relax and don't worry too much about.

I recommend consulting with your internist or gastroenterologist to see the opportunity for a fibrogastroscopy, which could clarify this issue.

Meanwhile, any gastric antisecretors drugs (omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.) would be beneficial.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further uncertainties, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
