Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Mouth

Question: My wife is having a burning sensation in the mouth,she is feeling as if one feels after having a very hot drink,she also has a cut on the side of the lip,with one or two ulcer in the mouth?what could be the cause and what should be the treatment!
She had eaten a medicine to delay her periods around 5 july.

I am attaching the pictures,she is having a burning sensation when she eats or drinks something warm,please suggest if any test are required and the treatment aswell.can she use mouth ulcer gel,also what food shud she eatThank you.?

Thanks for the pictures.
Apply candid mouth paint to oral mucosa and tongue 4 to 5 times a day.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily.
Use hexidine mouth wash.
Take a multivitamin supplement.
Avoid any spicy foods and aerated drinks. Avoid smoking or tobacco use. Drink plenty of water.
Do all these for a week. She will definitely be benefited.
