Brief Answer:
Heartburn, or pinched nerves to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

If the burning sensation is located on your skin, sensory nerves that supply this region, or compression of spinal cord ( its posterior part ) should be considered.

Conditions that may cause such symptoms include degerative discs and spine disease etc.

If the feeling of burning is located inside your chest and goes upwards in your neck, heartburn may be the cause.

Gastroesophageal acid reflux may cause such condition.

It is necessary to get evaluated by your primary care Doctor in order to understand better your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Kind regards.
