It has been happening on and off over the last 2-3 weeks,i have no disease history, i have a history of depression and anxiety. Not currently on any medication. I am 28 weeks pregnant. I dont know if this could be related but i suffer from sharp pains through my head on the upper left side the past few weeks also.

Brief Answer:
Somatic symptoms/mental relaxation exercises.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for being in follow-up with further details.

In view of non-specific nature of symptoms, along with a background history of anxiety and depression, these symptoms are likely to be of somatic nature.Pregnancy is not directly causing these symptoms.

I suggest you to start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation.I am hopeful, that this lifestyle change will improve your symptoms soon.Medications for these symptoms are to be avoided,as far as possible, because of your pregnancy.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Regards
