Brief Answer:
Photograph of rash is needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

A photograph of the rash area is necessary.

If you had rash for four days, took Benadryl, and now you are burning, should go to ER as soon as possible. Further evaluation by dermatologist is needed to take proper treatment in time.

It is important to identify the cause to your rash:
- new medication
- applying any new cosmetic product
- fungal or viral infection

Depending on the cause, specific treatment will be prescribed.
Looking forward to have photograph of your rash area!
