Suggest Treatment For Bumps Around Base Of Penis Shaft

Question: I have these little mole like bumps around the base of my penis shaft and im wondering what they are. They are dark in color and they dont hurt or itch. I shave my pubic hair every now and then and just recently shaved when i noticed them. And i cant remember if they were there last time i shaved or i just didnt notice them. I am sexual active and have been with my girl for the last 5 years.

These are looking like skin tags.
These are simple outgrowth of skin and need to be removed.
Please meet a dermatologist, it can be removed easily using radiofrequency ablator.
Creams are ineffective on these.

Ok..Great! Is this contagious? or can be spread to my girlfriend? And is it common for skin tags to appear there? And how painful is this procedure to remove them?

No it is not contagious. It will not pain much as the lesions are superficial.
These can be easily removed under local anaesthesia.
