Suggest Treatment For Bump On Arm

Question: Hello, my daughter has a bump on her arm since a month ago, at the beginning it has a black dot on the middle but then the black dot comes out like a stick but it's still bumpy and yellow liquid has come from it, now it's close but it hurts if someone touch it and is bumpy.

please let me know what do you think.

Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query and picture. Based on that, it appears to be sebecious cyst.
I would suggest you not to fiddle with it, it seems to be infected. I would have put you on NSAIDS for pain and given you course of antibiotic.

With this course of action, the infection in the bump could be controlled, and after some routine blood tests like a CBC and a Blood sugar test, I would plan for an excision biopsy of the bump and send the excised specimen for a histopathology study. Further management would depend on the hitopathology report of the specimen.

I would suggest you to see general surgeon for examination and for further help.
