Brief Answer:
Probably related to position and physical activities.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for being on HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Since the bulging veins in hands and pain occurred periodically, most likely this happens by accumulated blood in your hands veins due to physical activity and hanging hands.

Your symptoms should be improved after laying down, correct ?

However, if the condition becomes bothersome and there is an increase in frequency of pain and bulging veins in hands, diseases such peripheral vascular disease, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, deep veins thrombosis etc. should be taken in consideration.

Doppler ultrasound may be necessary in such suspicions.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.
