Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this bruised toe. Normally, most of them resolve spontaneously. What you need to do is to get good pain medications sic as Ibuprofen and tylenol. Applying ice to this leg will also reduce swelling and pain. To determine whether this toes is infected or not, I will like to also review an image. This way, I will make sure there is nothing we are missing out on. I will also like to know if you have diabetes or not because this will change the management drastically if you have diabetes.
