Suggest Treatment For Bruise And Pain On Breasts
Question: I have a yellow bruise on my left breast that pooped up out of nowhere. In the last 6 months I have gone to get a mammogram because of left breast pain but they said it was normal and now this bruise pooped up. Should I be concerned? I didn't hit myself that I can recall. I wouldn't be as concerned but with it being accompanied by pain over the past few months I am worried

Brief Answer:
Does not look worrisome
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached picture.
You surely have a yellowish lesion but right now you seem to have scratched the lesion leading to many reddish lines.
To me,the lesion looks like a patch of skin allergy or fungal infection owing to its unilateral presentation.
I really do not relate such a skin lesion to any breast malignancy.
Since right now ,the actual appearance of the lesion is obscured by the reddish reaction ,I cannot prescribe you anything .It would be better if you can wait for the skin sensitivity to subside and then click an image and post it .
Alternatively, although I don't suspect anything dangerous ,but it would be a good idea to see a nearby dermatologist and get the lesion checked to be doubly sure. A direct palpation of the breast and the axillary lymph nodes would also be done then .
