I wont get overly worried if the skin lesion is not growing, there is no itching in the lesion and there is no urinary problem.Skin lesions are better diagnosed by direct clinical examination.Would it be any infection it must have grown in such a long duration.

Brief Answer:
The lesions look like warts

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to HCM

I have seen the image and the lesions look like warts. These are usually caused by infection of Human Papilloma Virus and contracted through sexual exposure to a partner who is infected with the same.
It is infective and transmits through skin contact.
In few cases it progresses rapidly while in others it grows slowly.I wont get overly worried as it is not a serious condition and it can be treated easily.
In many cases it can be treated with local application of creams like Podophyllin or imiquimod.Sometimes creams don't work well then laser treatment, cryotherapy (destruction of lesions with help of special probes)need to be done.
I suggest you to consult a skin specialist for proper evaluation and management accordingly.

I hope this helps.

I shall be glad to answer if you have any more query.
Regards
