Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

If am x-ray has diagnosed bowels obstruction you need a surgery as soon as possible. Especially if you can not pass gases, have nausea and cramps. The first thing which should be ruled out at your age is colon cancer.
Please do not wait any longer and consult a surgeon. If no obstruction is present you should have colonoscopy.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.

Regards
