Brief Answer:
Anger management and Borderline personality

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with borderline personality disorder. This is a very difficult disorder to describe and to treat. As you have already discovered medication does not seem to help. I agree that medication is not the answer. I strongly urge that you contact a psychologist usually with a Ph.D. level of education who has had experience with borderline personality. It is OK to call different therapist and ask straight up their experience with borderline personality.

in the mean time while you are researching a therapist I would like you to try reading some books on borderline personality. There is a series of books published by www.newharbinger.com that has several workbooks and manuals on BP. The one book I would recommend is called "The Borderline Personality Survival Guide" You may also benefit with anger management workbooks. There is no short fix with this disorder. You can control the behaviors but it will take effort on your part. I also think having a good therapist on your side will also give you support.

In summary
1. Get a PhD level psychologist experienced in BP
2. Read and sincerely do workbooks on BP
3. Together with therapy and reading you can control the behaviors

I hope this answers your question. Please contact me through HCM again with any further questions or comments.
