Brief Answer:
Normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It is normal to have left axis deviation in mild obesity. However conduction defects and mild enlargement of the heart can also lead to left axis deviation. Please get an echo ( ultrasound of the heart) done to rule out enlargement of the heart. There is nothing alarming and no treatment is required at the moment

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards

Hi thanks for replying.

I've had an Echo and everything was normal. My BMI is 29.7 so bordering upon obese.

Everything on my ECG was normal apart from the deviation.
