Suggest Treatment For Body Pain And Persistent Cough

Question: Hi. My wife has severe body ache from last day and cough persist from last month. Today cbc report revealed the high TLC (12.01) and high polymorphs (89%). Whereas lymphocytes was found to be only 5%. Other parameters were found to be normal. ESR was 19
Is there any major issue?

This report is suggestive of bacterial infection (high total count and leukocyte count).
She is also having having persistent cough.
So we should definitely rule out lung infection (pneumonia) in her case.
So better to get done chest x ray to rule out pneumonia.
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry much.
Please let me which antibiotic she is taking so that I can guide you better.
