Question: For the last month or so my blood pressure has been 189/97, had headache, not face, ears ringing, shakes & ringing feet. My ekg is fine, blood sugar are good, no tumor in head. What is happening to me?

Hello Sir,
I understand your concern...

I've gone through your medical details...I would like to inform you that taking into consideration your age group as well as the symptoms, seems like you have developed hypertension. The important thing here is not to get stressed or panicked as anxiety and stress further increases blood pressure.

I would suggest you make a blood pressure chart and record your BP daily at the same time. After a week if your blood pressure remains constantly above 140/70mmhg then you need to start with some antihypertensive meds (like Amlodipine) after discussing with your primary. Also cut down your salt and caffeine intake.
