Question: I used to have epididymitis i went to doctor years ago and i had taken antibiotics and i was cured now i think epididymitis again i am having the same symptoms pain in the upper left epididymis as usual just a light pressure pain what to do doctor? i cant visit a doctor until XXXXXXX 25 because the doctor gave me that's appointment

Also i been checked and doctors found blood in my urine they told me i have some small kidney stone told me not to worry about

after ejaculation i see no blood in semen but when i wipe my penis i see blood in towel pls help

I appreciate your concern,

Blood wiped off in the way you described is not normal. Antibiotics for 4 to six weeks are required in the medical treatment of epididymitis.

With blood in urine, this further justifies the use of antibiotics which would cover for both the conditions.

Epididymitis can recur too. A repeat urinalysis and an ultrasound (both abdomen pelvis and scrotal) can be advised as testicular torsion should be ruled out in a case of suspected Epididymitis, even if there is low suspicion.

Since you can't go to your doctor soon enough, you should go to an ER near you to get the necessary workups done promptly.

In sexually active men

Ceftriaxone 250 mg IM plus Azithromycin 1 g single dose or doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 14 days

In epididmytis due to urinary pathogens / enteric organisms levofloxacin can be advised for 2 weeks.

These have to be taken after consultation with a doctor under his/her supervision.

Another doctor on this app recommended me this treatment due to my excessive masturbation to strengthen my immunity to infections can i take them as well as levofloxamine for better results or should i take only levofloxamine

Tab Cefixime 200mg twice daily
Tab lbuprofen 400mg twice daily
Tab vitamine C once daily

Levofloxacin alone would be enough. There is no need to combine with cefixime. The ibuprofen and vitamin C can be taken with the levofloxacin.

There is no relationship of masturbation with lowered immunity.
